Analyze business requirements and design SAP FI solutions related to financial accounting and closing processes.
Configure and support Prepaid Expense Management, including recognition, allocation, amortization, and accounting postings.
Support HR-related closing processes and integration between HR-related transactions and Financial Accounting.
Configure and support period-end and year-end closing processes.
Support and optimize Closing BPM (Business Process Management) processes.
Perform account reconciliation, adjustment, accrual, and closing-related activities.
Analyze and resolve FI functional and integration issues.
Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and collaborate with ABAP/Fiori/technical teams.
Conduct functional testing, integration testing, UAT, go-live, and hypercare support.
Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement, and support projects.

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP FI Consultant.
Strong knowledge of SAP FI and financial closing processes.
Hands-on experience with Prepaid Expense Management.
Experience with month-end/year-end closing and reconciliation processes.
Good understanding of FI integration with CO, MM, SD, HR, and other relevant modules.
Experience preparing Functional Specifications and working with technical teams.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Available to work from 14:00 to 23:00 (Vietnam Time) or other schedules depending on project requirements.
Willing to travel or work onsite in Korea or other countries when required.
Nice to have
Experience with HR-related financial closing.
Experience with Closing BPM or closing process automation.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
Experience in global rollout or AMS projects.
SAP FI/S/4HANA certification.
