Monitor testing processes and ensure compliance with procedures and technical standards.
Collect and analyze test data, identifying quality or reliability issues. Assist in preparing test
result reports for engineers and management teams.
Provide feedback to improve test methods and optimize test procedures during the
development of new test devices or systems.
Retrieve ORT tools from the production line and manage BM tools and ORT tools.
Perform teardown analysis when issues arise and after completing the manual life test.
Update the test result into VIPER, CTQ Digital system.

Associate or Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related fields).
At least 1-2 years of experience in testing or technical maintenance (preferably in product reliability or related areas).
Basic data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with testing systems and technical standards.
Proficiency in tools like Excel and data analysis software.
Strong teamwork and good communication skills.
Willingness to support and learn from other team members.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
