Maintain PMC data accuracy and ERP data integrity. Provide timely reports, KPI monitoring, and operational data support for PMC decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Data & Reporting
Collect, verify, and maintain production, inventory, material, and shipment data.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly PMC reports and KPI dashboards.
Analyze operational data and identify abnormalities or trends.
ERP & Data Integrity
Maintain ERP master data, BOMs, and routing information.
Monitor ERP transaction accuracy and support users in ERP operation.
Risk Monitoring & Support
Monitor material shortages, inventory abnormalities, and delivery risks.
Provide timely alerts and coordinate with PC, MC, and OC teams on data-related issues.
Support audits, data verification, and continuous improvement activities.

1–3 years of experience in PMC, production planning, warehouse, inventory control, ERP operation, or production statistics.
Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP systems.
Basic understanding of production, inventory, and material control processes.
Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Careful, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
