We are looking for UX Research Intern to join our product team. Joining us, you will be involved in building products to enable an excellent experience.
What you will do:
The UX Research Intern will assist all research activities (recruitment, data entry, note-taking, technical setup) to ensure that project work is delivered on time and meets our demands for high quality.
Recruitment (40%)
Work with the data team to collect contacts of potential participants.
Schedule appointments with participants (Around 40 calls/project/week)
Research design (30%)
Support research team in developing hypotheses, task scripts for prototypes and framing questions
Contribute to analyzing research data and writing reports alongside the team.
Tech setup & Data entry (30%)
Take detailed notes during user interviews.
Organize, categorize, and clean raw research data to prepare it for analysis
Archive and store all research-related information, including participant data, insights, and findings.

Student majoring in Design, Product Development, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
Passionate about UX Research and ideally wants to pursue a career as a UX Researcher.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
Ability to commit at least 20 hours per week.
