Identify training needs and develop learning programs for employees, including Onboarding, Language, Technical training, and more.
Organize and manage internal and external training programs including team-building activities, games, contests, and more.
Support trainers and facilitate training sessions when needed.
Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and track training progress.
Assess training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Support career development programs and competency-building initiatives.
Coordinate with Korean HQ for L&D strategies and training resources.
