Develop and execute Digital Marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other relevant platforms.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance, including traffic, leads, engagement and advertising costs.
Plan and implement Lead Generation campaigns to achieve business targets.
Work closely with the Content and Creative teams to develop effective campaigns and marketing materials.
Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives and campaign strategies to improve performance.
Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
Stay updated on Digital Marketing trends, AI tools and new advertising solutions.

1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads or other digital advertising platforms.
Good understanding of Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing and Lead Generation.
Good English communication skills for working with international clients and markets.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Proactive, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Experience in Travel, Tourism or Hospitality and Chinese language skills are a plus.

Up to VND 20,000,000/month based on experience and performance + Performance Bonus.
13th-month salary.
