Ensure all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly according to the Vietnamese law and to company requirements
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports, management reports as required
Preparing budgets and monitoring actual vs. planned financial performance, control the department’s annual budget.
Support pricing strategies and models that align with business objectives,
Oversee tax declaration and finalization (VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT,...), experience to work with tax authority.
Monitor bank reconciliations and cash flow and payment plan
Review and control invoices input with accuracy and timeliness
Organize the storage of accounting documents, keep confidential documents and accounting data.
Liaise with external auditors, tax departments, banks.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a chief accountant - at least 5 years of experience in accounting.
Good in both Vietnamese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Thorough understanding of tax regulations and laws related to finance, auditing, and accounting
Have knowledge in software

Salary: Negotiation
Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance: based on Vietnam’s Labor Law in force in full salary
Annual leave: 12 days
13th month salary and KPI bonus
