Job description
- Be responsible for pre-sales support for consumers.
- Answer customer calls, respond to customer inquiries, identify their purchasing needs, assist them in online purchases, and contribute to the company's sales performance (it includes inbound calls, outbound calls)
- Chat simultaneously with multiple customers online, type quickly, handle customer issues promptly, identify potential purchasing needs, and assist customers in completing online purchases.
- Provide high-quality customer service experience, accurately record customer needs, and promptly submit them to the subsequent sales department for follow-up.
- Work closely with team members to solve problems together; maintain high efficiency under pressure.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (advanced level)
- Experience as Sales, Telesales, Presales B2C with proven track record
- Exposure to APAC, esp. AnZ/Indian customers is a plus
- Open to candidates with inbound/outbound tour sales background
- Strong learning ability and excellent communication skills.
- Able to handle work pressure and complete tasks efficiently.
- Working time: 9 hours within 4:00 – 20:00 (4:00 - 13:00 or 6:00 - 15:00 or 9:00 - 18:00, etc. 1h break included), 5 shifts per week, 2 unfixed days off (The working schedule will follow the manager’s arrangement)
Benefits for candidates
- Salary: up to 20 gross
- Working from 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM: VND 100,000 per shift for employees + night shift salary.
- Salary at 100% during the probationary period.
- 90% contribution of the gross salary to social insurance.
- 20 days leave (12 days of annual leave and 8 days of sick leave)
- Full working equipment will be provided.
- Annual Health Checkup for employees who have worked for at least 6 months from the date of signing the official labor contract.
- Activities: Birthday party, Employee engagement activities.
