Content moderation process

Candidate profiles are not shown publicly and are reviewed when a violation is reported.

1. 1The company submits the job post on the employer portal.
2. 2Việc Hot receives posts and processes them in the order they are submitted.
3. 3The moderation team checks the content of the post against the review criteria.
4. 4Posts that meet the requirements are approved and shown on the job search page.
5. 5Posts that do not meet the requirements are returned with the reasons so the company can revise and resubmit them.

• The post is for a real position, with the correct industry and work location.
• It includes the job title, job description, requirements, work location and how to apply.
• It does not require candidates to pay a deposit, an application fee or a training fee, or to hand over original documents.
• It contains no discriminatory requirements that are contrary to labour law.
• It does not duplicate a live post from the same company.
• The company information is clear. Posts from unverified companies are reviewed more strictly.
• It shows no signs of fraud, illegal multi-level marketing or investment solicitation.

When a company edits the title, description, salary, industry or location, the new content must be reviewed again. Other information is updated immediately.

Posts found to violate the rules after publication will be removed from Việc Hot, and the company will be notified of the reason. In the case of repeated violations, the account may be suspended under the terms of service.

2. 2Việc Hot checks the company name, tax code and legal representative.
3. 3Companies with valid information receive a verified badge on their job posts and company page.

The verified badge helps candidates recognise companies whose documents have been checked.

Users can send a report to hotro@viec.hot with the link to the job post and a description of the violation, or call the hotline 0927 101 222. Reported posts will be reviewed against the review criteria.

Companies that disagree with a decision to reject or remove a post can file a complaint following the process in the operating regulations. Việc Hot will review the decision and respond with the grounds for it.
