Scope

This policy applies to the Việc Hot website and related services operated by KIX Software. By registering an account or using the services, you agree to the provisions set out in this policy.

Section 2

Information we collect

Account informationFull name, email, phone number and sign-in password.
Candidate profileEducation, experience, skills, job preferences, profile photo, CV and application documents.
Recruitment activitySaved jobs, jobs you have applied for, invitations to apply and application status.
Company informationCompany details, business registration certificate, contact person and job post content.
Access informationIP address, device type, browser and time of access.

Section 3

How we use information

  • To create and manage user accounts.
  • To send your profile to employers when you apply or allow them to view your profile.
  • To suggest suitable jobs and send the job alerts you have subscribed to.
  • To review job posts, prevent fraud and keep users safe.
  • To improve the quality of our services based on aggregated statistics.
Section 4

Sharing information

Personal information is shared in the following cases:

EmployersWhen you apply or allow them to view your profile. You can revoke profile access on your account page.
Service providersProviders of hosting and email delivery services, to the extent necessary to operate the service.
Competent authoritiesUpon the lawful request of competent state authorities.
Section 5

Data retention

Information is retained for as long as the account remains active. When account deletion is requested, personal information will be deleted, unless the law requires it to be retained.

TrashDeleted CVs, cover letters, documents and contracts are kept in the trash for 7 days before being permanently deleted.
Section 6

User rights

  • View and update your profile information on your account page.
  • Download your CV and personal documents as PDF files.
  • Revoke profile access you have granted to employers.
  • Unsubscribe from job alert emails.
  • Request account deletion by emailing hotro@viec.hot from your registered email address.
Section 7

Information security

Password encryptionPasswords are encrypted before they are stored.
Signed-in devicesYou can see which devices are signed in and sign them out remotely.
Two-step verificationYou can turn on two-step verification to better protect your account.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and must not share verification codes with anyone. If you notice signs of unauthorised access, please notify Việc Hot immediately.

Section 8

Minimum age

The service is intended for people aged 15 or over, in line with the regulations on working age. Accounts of underage users will be locked and the related information will be deleted.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. New versions are published on this page together with the update date, and significant changes will be announced by email. Please send any questions about this policy to hotro@viec.hot or call the hotline 0927 101 222.
