Initiate outbound communications to source prospective candidates for software engineering and other technical roles at varying skill levels
Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate and complete job descriptions and hiring criteria
Collaborate with hiring managers, People team members, and executives on the offer process, defining salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
Conduct phone screens, interviews, and schedule steps in the application process
Using relevant recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and candidate assessment data, evaluating and refining current processes
Establish a playbook for recruiting to take our talent acquisition methods to the next level.

From 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in sourcing and recruiting technical talent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English or Chinese
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience in executive search or direct sourcing is highly preferred

Competitive salary
Salary at 100% during the probationary period.
90% contribution of the gross salary to social insurance.
20 days leave (12 days of annual leave and 8 days of sick leave).
Full working equipment will be provided.
Annual Health Checkup for employees who have worked for at least 6 months from the date of signing the official labor contract.
