Assist in posting job vacancies on internal channels and external job platforms (VietnamWorks, LinkedIn, etc.)
Screen candidate profiles based on job requirements
Contact candidates to schedule interviews and follow up on recruitment progress
Join interviews with the recruitment team when needed
Maintain and update the candidate database and weekly recruitment reports
Support recruitment-related activities such as onboarding events or employer branding campaigns

Currently a 3rd-year, final-year undergraduate student or fresh graduate majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.
No prior experience is required.
Previous experience or internships in Recruitment, Human Resources, or related fields will be considered an advantage.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Appropriate communication and relevant interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in rush time and under pressure.
Initiative and a willingness to learn.
Decent written and spoken English is a must.
Basic skills in AI/PTS/Canva is a plus.

Allowance: 3 million VND/ month
