Job description
- Design salary and compensation structures appropriately to ensure competitive advantages compared to the market, as well as to encourage employees to perform their jobs effectively.
- Build salary scales, allowances, reward, support and benefit policies, as well as promotion and merit increase policies based on performance evaluation results, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Determine job grades based on job evaluation results.
- Evaluate reward and benefit proposals from business units.
- Communicate compensation and benefit policies to employees.
- Design labor-related and HR operational policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and VPB FC’s regulations.
- Coordinate with relevant business units to develop and submit HR internal templates and regulations to competent authorities for approval and issuance, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and VPB FC’s regulations.
- Communicate, maintain records of, and monitor the implementation of HR-related internal regulations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Human Resource Management Division Director.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Law, or Economics.
- Experience
- At least 5 years of working experience in Human Resources, including 3 years of experience in relevant HR fields.
- Profound knowledge of HR, Labor regulations, Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Personal Income Tax, and related regulations.
- Knowledge of labor market trends.
- Skills
- Fluent English, with proficiency in all skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Proficient in job evaluation using Mercer/Hay methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Other Requirements
- Able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
