Handle and coordinate travel service inquiries from overseas teams, partners, and clients.
Arrange and coordinate travel services including hotels, transportation, restaurants, tour guides, activities, and other tour-related services.
Work closely with suppliers and local partners to check availability, service details, rates, and booking conditions.
Prepare tour costing, quotations, and service proposals based on clients' requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate rates and optimize service costs while maintaining service quality.
Manage bookings and follow up with suppliers to ensure all services are confirmed accurately and on time.
Monitor tour arrangements and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth tour operations.
Handle changes, special requests, and unexpected issues during the tour operation process.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, quotations, supplier information, and tour-related documents.
Build and maintain good working relationships with suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
Support other travel operations tasks and projects as assigned.

Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in Tour Operations, Travel Operations, Inbound Tourism, Hospitality, or a related position.
Good command of English, especially in communication and handling travel-related information.
Experience in booking, supplier coordination, costing, quotation preparation, or travel service operations.
Good communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with multiple teams and suppliers.
Proactive, responsible, customer-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Travel Operations / Tourism-related certification is an advantage.
Chinese language skills are an advantage.
