Job description
- Develop and execute Digital Marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, including traffic, leads, engagement and advertising costs.
- Plan and implement Lead Generation campaigns to achieve business targets.
- Work closely with the Content and Creative teams to develop effective campaigns and marketing materials.
- Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives and campaign strategies to improve performance.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on Digital Marketing trends, AI tools and new advertising solutions
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads or other digital advertising platforms.
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing and Lead Generation.
- Good English communication skills for working with international clients and markets.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Proactive, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience in Travel, Tourism or Hospitality and Chinese language skills are a plus.
