This is a hybrid Content & Graphic Design role. The position is responsible for both content creation and hands-on visual design execution across Sevenway's marketing channels.
Develop and manage content for social media, website, marketing campaigns and other communication channels.
Create and edit marketing content in English and Vietnamese, ensuring consistent tone of voice and brand messaging.
Design visual materials including social media posts, banners, campaign key visuals, presentations and other digital assets.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Plan and produce content aligned with campaign objectives, target audiences and brand guidelines.
Research market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to propose new content and visual ideas.
Organise and maintain content and design assets to ensure consistency across communication channels.
Support other marketing and creative projects as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred.
2+ years of relevant experience in Content Marketing, Content Creation, Content Writing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Graphic Design, Creative Marketing, or a similar role.
Good English communication and writing skills, with the ability to create and edit English marketing content confidently.
A portfolio demonstrating both content creation and graphic design work is required.
Good visual sense with hands-on experience in graphic design for digital marketing.
Experience creating social media creatives, campaign key visuals, banners and other digital marketing materials is preferred.
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent design tools.
Strong content writing, copywriting, storytelling and creative thinking skills.
Able to manage both content creation and design execution independently.
Good time management and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
A proactive, creative mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

Competitive salary + monthly KPI bonus, with total monthly compensation of up to VND 20M gross, depending on experience and capabilities.
