Job description
- Identify training needs and develop learning programs for employees, including Onboarding, Language, Technical training, and more.
- Organize and manage internal and external training programs including team-building activities, games, contests, and more.
- Support trainers and facilitate training sessions when needed.
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and track training progress.
- Assess training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Support career development programs and competency-building initiatives.
- Coordinate with Korean HQ for L&D strategies and training resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business, or related fields.
- Fluent in Korean (minimum TOPIK 5 or equivalent) - must have
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Experience with LMS and e-learning tools.
