Job description
- 1. Sales Force Development:
- Manage and oversee training group activities, ensuring effective outcomes.
- Develop and implement sales tools and programs, including skills and management training.
- Ensure compliance with sales guidelines and regulations; regularly monitor adherence.
- Ensure the management team effectively utilizes distributor management tools and processes.
- Support the implementation of an effective Distributor Program.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to enhance route efficiency through training and coaching.
- Diversify training content to align with company development.
- Evaluate and adjust training programs for optimal effectiveness.
- 2. Training & Coaching:
- Organize and develop training programs for the sales team across all channels.
- Evaluate and test training results for sales personnel, including supervisors and assistants.
- Participate in market training to enhance sales skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Regularly accompany the sales team in the field to address market challenges and propose solutions.
- Monitor training outcomes and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in FMCG or Food and Beverages in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of marketing, trade promotion, and the consumer goods market in Vietnam.
- Excellent planning, execution, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong people management, coaching, and collaboration abilities.
- Proficient in Vietnamese and English.
