Job description
- Job Summary:
- We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Production Supervisor to lead our production team and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient daily operations.
- You will work closely with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and other teams to improve productivity, maintain product quality, reduce waste, and develop a strong production team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily production and ensure Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity targets are met.
- Manage manpower, equipment, and production resources.
- Solve production issues and drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Work with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and other teams to improve production performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop production operators and technicians.
- Drive Lean, 5S, TPM, SPC, and other improvement activities.
- Monitor production KPIs and report improvement results to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of manufacturing/production experience.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or SPC is a plus.
- Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Good English communication skills.
