Job description
- Support PMC reporting and data management activities by maintaining accurate operational data, preparing routine reports, and assisting with ERP data maintenance.
- Help ensure data accuracy and timely information for PMC decision-making.
- Main Tasks
- 1. Update daily production reports.
- 2. Maintain ERP data records.
- 3. Verify production and inventory transactions.
- 4. Assist in preparing KPI reports
- 5. Identify and report data discrepancies
- 6. Assist with BOM and master data maintenance.
- 7. Support PMC meetings with data preparation.
- 8. Generate routine reports.

Requirements
- Requirements - Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of working experience.
- Good Excel skills.
- Basic ERP knowledge preferred.
- Careful and detail oriented.
- Good numerical ability.
- Basic English reading ability preferred.
