Job description

  • 2. Job Purpose:
  • Responsible for developing, optimizing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure efficient factory operations aligned with business targets.
  • 3. Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements
  • Lead Lean, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives
  • Optimize factory layout, line balancing, and manpower planning
  • Develop and standardize SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Establish and monitor KPIs such as productivity, efficiency, and utilization
  • Analyze production data to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 4. Job Requirements:
  • 4.1. Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields
  • At least 1 years of IE experience
  • Experience in manufacturing environments (footwear, garment, foam, or similar industries is preferred)
