1. Document & Invoice Processing:
Assist in collecting, checking, and organizing accounting vouchers, bank statements, and invoices.
Ensure all supporting documents are accurate, valid, and fully approved in accordance with company policies and tax regulations.
Scan, archive, and maintain financial records systematically for internal control and audit purposes.
2. Data Entry & Reconciliation Support:
Support data entry into the accounting system (General Ledger) and internal tracking files.
Assist in reconciling daily transactions, cash balances, or agency-related payments (commissions, incentives) under senior guidance.
Follow up with relevant departments to clarify documentation discrepancies.

Education: Final year students or fresh graduates majoring in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
Skills: Good skills in MS Excel; attention to detail, high accuracy, and strong analytical thinking.
Language: Able to read documents in English.
Availability: Ability to work full-time (Monday to Friday) for a internship duration of 3 months.
Attributes: Eager to learn, proactive, highly responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
