Job description
- Ensure all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly according to the Vietnamese law and to company requirements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports, management reports as required
- Preparing budgets and monitoring actual vs. planned financial performance, control the department’s annual budget.
- Support pricing strategies and models that align with business objectives,
- Oversee tax declaration and finalization (VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT,...), experience to work with tax authority.
- Monitor bank reconciliations and cash flow and payment plan
- Review and control invoices input with accuracy and timeliness
- Organize the storage of accounting documents, keep confidential documents and accounting data.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax departments, banks.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a chief accountant - at least 5 years of experience in accounting.
- Good in both Vietnamese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Thorough understanding of tax regulations and laws related to finance, auditing, and accounting
- Have knowledge in software
