Research user’s problems, needs, behaviors and contexts
Analyze PO requests/ideas and business theme
Offer solutions from overall approach: Business trade-off, user personas, journey maps, process flows, wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes
Work closely with UI Designers and UX Writers in finalizing wireframes, mockups, prototypes or interaction diagrams
Offer and monitor UX success metrics

At least 3 years of related experience of UX design, strategist, analyst or service design;
Thorough understanding of user interface design, information architecture and data;
Fluency in Vietnamese and English;
Highly detail-oriented and analytical about what makes things better;
Candidate with UXD/BA/PO/UXW background is a plus
