Job description
- Direct Hotline counseling/receiving calls, emails, messages (email, chat, voice) from
- Customers to answer questions, support to resolve customer complaints about products and services on the e-commerce platform.
- Update information on the system.
- Perform other duties as required by superiors.
Requirements
- Proficient Mandarin communication skills
- Equivalent to HSK Level 5/6
- Experience in cross-border e-commerce or customer service is an advantage
