Support the coordination and execution of training, internship, early-career, and other development programs.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on schedules, communications, materials, registrations, and logistics.
Support program activities, events, workshops, and online sessions as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, HR, English, Chinese or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in operations, coordination, administration, HR, or a related area.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Chinese language skills are a plus / preferred.
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Proactive, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to work with different stakeholders.
